Services Provided:  At the beginning of each month Personalized Greetings, Inc. will contact the customer to obtain names and addresses of new clients.  All cards are hand signed with one signature per card (first name only), if more then one signature is required an additional charges may apply.  Our colored envelopes are personalized with your return address and commemorative postage is used.  Business cards will be enclosed upon request.  All cards will be ordered approximately one month before mail date therefore any necessary changes require at least a 30-day notice.  Mailing programs are mailed on the 15th of each month unless the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday.  Special Arrangements can be made if requested.

Pricing:  Basic charges for these programs are listed below.  Anniversary, Birthday and Holiday mailings for November & December will be charged at the annual mailing rate based on the number of clients you are mailing to.

Other Charges:  Miscellaneous charges include: Data entry list $.25 per name.  Address, spelling or name change $.25 per entry.  Re-send $1.50, one time card $3.50.  Customer office move $12.00, Zip code research $.25 (for your information - the United States Postal Service's FREE Zip Code information number is 1-800-275-8777 or usps.com). There is a sign on charge of $30.00 which includes a monthly activity report for the first year, from the second year on an annual renewal of $12.00 will be charged to your account.  Some vendors will have additional card charges.

Referral Bonus:  Customer will receive $20.00 in-house credit for each referral that results in the sign-up of any new customers.

Billing:  Customers will be billed on a monthly basis with a payment due on the 10th of the following month.  All invoices are considered past due after the due date on the invoice and will be charged a 10% late fee monthly.  A credit card will be kept on file and automatically charged on the 16th of the month that the bill becomes past due.

Credit Card Payments: Personalized Greetings, Inc. accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards as payment on your account however; a 3% transaction fee will be applied.

Price Increases:  Subscription prices are subject to increase if postal rates, cost of goods, etc. increases.
